The Banner Saga 3 Review via Nintendo Insider

The Banner Saga 3 is a revelatory experience, at long last presenting answers to the questions that many have had since Rook first rallied clansmen to his banner in Skogr.

The Banner Saga 3 Review via TheSixthAxis

The Banner Saga 3 closes the book on an incredible saga of turn-based action and dark, haunting storytelling. It's hard to make player choices and branching narratives successfully payoff over the course of three games, but Stoic Studios have done just that. It's a shame that they never tried to revamp or update the sluggish combat speed along the way, but that's a small price to pay for a once in a lifetime narrative experience like this.

Review: The Banner Saga 3 (Nintendo Switch) via Digitally Downloaded

At the end of the day, Banner Saga 3 is the appropriate swan song of the trilogy; hopeful, mournful, and utterly breathtaking.

Banner Saga 3 (Switch) Review via NintendoWorldReport

This vibrant, gorgeously animated tale feels as alive as the top live-action fantasy worlds, even more so with the knockout Austin Wintory soundtrack. The battle system reaches a rewarding crescendo and the story hits a lot of excellent beats as it hurtles towards its thrilling conclusion. From the opening moments of the first game to the finale of the third, this is a trilogy worth playing and this is a great close to an excellent narrative-driven turn-based tactics game.

The Banner Saga 3 Review via Twinfinite

It may not do everything fans wanted, but this is one unforgettable conclusion to an already memorable journey.

@Kamisama420 In the Nindie Showcase Nintendo confirmed Banner Saga 1 and 2 are coming "soon" to switch. The devs have also said they plan to release banner saga 3 day and date on switch with other platforms this summer. We should hopefully have all 3 games on switch this summer.

Just the 3rd one? Where is 1 or 2?
This is a Saga, it's a story that continues. And the developers said that the 3rd installment would be the last one. It looks nice, a little à la Fire Emblem, amazing animations and art, and some great strategy.
I would play from the Banner 1 though, I don't want to jump to Banner 3 right away...
I hope the developers get Banner 1 and 2 on the Switch too, then we can talk.
